Administrative Assistant:
You will oversee team communications, manage appointments, assist with client requests, and monitor task deadlines to ensure seamless office operations. This role is part-time but full-time may be available for the right candidate. There is an opportunity for growth if you’re interested in expanding your skills in bookkeeping.
Junior Bookkeeper:
The Junior Bookkeeper performs routine bookkeeping activities such as entering transactions and reconciling accounts. You’ll need an understanding of accounting (debits, credits, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements) prior to joining our team. QuickBooks and/or Xero experience a plus.
Senior Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist:
The Senior Bookkeeper provides full cycle bookkeeping. While training related to specifics on each client will be provided, you’ll need a full understanding of the accounting cycle and extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks (both desktop and online) prior to joining our team. Xero experience a plus.
This position may also assist with quality control reviews for bookkeeping completed by junior bookkeepers. This role offers flexible hours with both full and part-time hours available.
Lead Bookkeeper/Accounting Services Manager:
The Lead Bookkeeper is responsible for handling client requests on a timely basis and following up with the team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll monitor the team to ensure deadlines are met and perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy in the team’s work. You may assist new clients with onboarding, perform cleanup work, help create and maintain efficient workflows, prepare and deliver financial statements to clients, as well as conduct meetings with clients to review their financials and answer questions. You may also be responsible for full cycle bookkeeping for a handful of VIP clients. This role offers flexible hours with both full and part-time hours available.
