Multiple Positions Available

 We’re passionate about helping our clients build successful businesses by delivering accurate financial reports.  All positions offer flexible hours during normal business hours M-F with a focus on work and family/life balance. We pride ourselves on our relaxed, inclusive, laid-back environment (must be ok with our 5lb barking mascots).   


 Work with us in a unique, fast paced, challenging position. We are looking for candidates that possess a very specific skill set and a desire to grow in a position where they’ll never be bored. You’ll need prior experience with QuickBooks (both desktop and online) & Xero and an understanding of basic accounting (debits, credits, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements) prior to joining our team.

No two days are ever the same. You will be working with a wide variety of clients in many different industries. Our services are tailored to each client’s specific needs.


Number of hours may be based on level of experience. Competitive pay based on experience. Paid time off, holiday pay, Simple IRA with company match after 1 year of full-time employment. 


Our office is located in Delaware, OH and requires work on-site. We do NOT offer remote positions.

Currently Hiring For:


Administrative Assistant:  

You will oversee team communications, manage appointments, assist with client requests, and monitor task deadlines to ensure seamless office operations. This role is part-time but full-time may be available for the right candidate. There is an opportunity for growth if you’re interested in expanding your skills in bookkeeping.


Junior Bookkeeper:

The Junior Bookkeeper performs routine bookkeeping activities such as entering transactions and reconciling accounts. You’ll need an understanding of accounting (debits, credits, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements) prior to joining our team. QuickBooks and/or Xero experience a plus.


Senior Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist:

The Senior Bookkeeper provides full cycle bookkeeping.  While training related to specifics on each client will be provided, you’ll need a full understanding of the accounting cycle and extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks (both desktop and online) prior to joining our team. Xero experience a plus.

This position may also assist with quality control reviews for bookkeeping completed by junior bookkeepers. This role offers flexible hours with both full and part-time hours available.


Lead Bookkeeper/Accounting Services Manager:

The Lead Bookkeeper is responsible for handling client requests on a timely basis and following up with the team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll monitor the team to ensure deadlines are met and perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy in the team’s work. You may assist new clients with onboarding, perform cleanup work, help create and maintain efficient workflows, prepare and deliver financial statements to clients, as well as conduct meetings with clients to review their financials and answer questions. You may also be responsible for full cycle bookkeeping for a handful of VIP clients. This role offers flexible hours with both full and part-time hours available.
